I am Italian, and my heritage is from Maratea, in Southern Italy, in the region of Basilicata. I started building STRADA, which means “Road,” in 2021, and it took me four years to complete. STRADA is one of the largest Italian catering trucks in the Middle East region, serving freshly prepared pizzas, pastas, salads & appetisers daily. This venture brings to life over 30 years of experience in the F&B industry, gained from working with well-known, prestigious, and professional organisations worldwide.

 

The truck is fully equipped with high-end professional kitchen appliances, and I spared no effort in outfitting it. We are equipped with Italian equipment, such as a pizza oven, a full cooking range, refrigeration units, a 9-ton air conditioning system, a sound system, and CCTV, as well as a 1000-litre water system. The truck operates on a generator with a 45 kW capacity, allowing us to cater at any occasion or event for over 1000 people.
